From tools to teamwork, Vince brings heart and hands to every corner of Carinya. Now splitting his time between Maintenance and Leisure & Wellbeing—and recently appointed Chair of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Vince is a passionate contributor to both the physical environment and the cultural fabric of Carinya.

TAFE Gippsland students Alicia and Lauren completed their Allied Health Assistant placement at Carinya Lodge, gaining hands-on experience in physiotherapy and wellbeing activities. The placement shifted their perceptions of aged care, revealing a vibrant, rewarding environment full of connection and purpose. Both students now see aged care as a potential career path, praising Carinya’s supportive, real-world learning environment.
