Julie Damon - Business Manager
Julie is the Business Manager here at Carinya Aged Care & Retirement Living and has had experience in the administration and operations departments since November 2011.
Professionally Julie has a diploma in Business Studies and comes from a real estate back ground with over 20 years’ experience.
Outside of work Julie shares her life with her husband and three gorgeous children. Camping, beach life, pottering in her garden and time spent with her family are her main interests.
Julie has seen Carinya grow from a low care facility into aging in place and has a wide understanding of the total operations of our facility. Julie has a key role here at Carinya overseeing the administration department and assisting with admission enquires.
Julie is passionate about her work here at Carinya and is proud of the facility and the care we able to offer our aging population. Dealing directly with new admissions we often get told that Carinya is where I would like my loved one to be. This reflects the values we uphold from the Committee of Management through management and staff. Carinya is an exciting place to work with the development well under way there is foresight to continue to grow with the changing needs of our community and aging population.
