Lorraine Knox - General Committee
Lorraine has lived in the district all her life and has strong connection to the Community.
She is a retired teacher and lives with her husband on their farm at Jeetho. Paul and Lorraine enjoy their family commitment to their 4 children and 3 grandchildren, as well as to Lorraine’s mum who is a resident at Carinya Lodge.
Lorraine taught as a kindergarten teacher in the district for most of her married life and understands the importance of working closely with families, as well as the responsibility of running a service to provide quality education to meet all accreditation standards and family expectations.
Her dedication to the community has always been at the forefront as a volunteer on many organisations mostly in Loch, often as president or secretary. Lorraine’s recent commitment to Carinya has come from a family perspective, with both her parents early
involvement on the Carinya committee and now with her own mother receiving such great care in this highly respected facility.
